As the hospitality industry lost 50% of its workforce during the pandemic, there has been a critical shortage of restaurant workers nationwide. Independent restaurants are still struggling with the labor shortage and our team has worked tirelessly through the past year and a half under very stressful situations.
We greatly value our team members; many have been with us for years. In an effort to give our deserving staff more time off, we will only be open for limited days for à la carte dining reservations. We will try our best to open before most Avalanche and Nuggets games and concerts at the Ball Arena.
